What is your primary product or service?
offsite catering, we bring the kitchen to your venue. We offer everything from Lobster/clam bakes, Southern BBQ, Prime Rib, Stuffed Chicken Breast to Baked Stuffed Haddock...and much more!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Raised in the food business, parents owned a grocery store and we did some catering. Lobster Bakes cooked over an open camp fire was a family tradition. We started doing lobster bakes for friends, then the business was born.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We cook everything onsite. We don't bring everything already cooked in hot boxes, waiting to serve it. You can see, smell and enjoy the experience of your food being cooked right onsite.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are an offsite catering company, we have four cook trailers that we bring to your venue. We cover all of New England.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept, cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
We cover all of New England.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Owned by husband and wife, and son runs the food management operations.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
This is the best food I've ever had at a wedding!
